Aquamarine 7 x 5mm Pear Faceted Gemstone, A-Grade

Aquamarine, a transparent pastel blue to green-blue variety of beryl, is relatively abundant and often completely flawless. The crystal structure is hexagonal with striations along the length of the gemstone. Aquamarine gets its name from the Latin words for water and sea; according to folklore, this gemstone helps protect sailors and calm unruly seas.
