The chain was quality but they didn't install the clasp that was advertised. They wanted me to send the product back on my dime. I'm displeased with their customer service and would not recommend buying. I never leave reviews, but I wouldn't want you to get the bait and switch like me. I'll be reporting to my credit card about the false advertising item. I'd give zero starts.
